ONLINE TERMS & CONDITIONS:

All GENBAGEN PEU orders are individually custom made in Japan/ kamakura city and customer must allow 2-3 weeks for garment production and delivery for each order, three weeks estimate Internationally .

Please allow 2-3 days after production for delivery in Japan & 6-10 Internationally. All shipping worldwide is FREE. For International Express Shipping options please request via contact.

After order is processed customer may not alter or change their order unless time span is with in 24-hours of order confirmation.

All order cancellations must be received within 24-hours of purchase.

RETURNS:
All GENBAGEN PEU items are custom made to order and therefore we can not offer cash refunds. However we will gladly offer TELFAR web store credit granted the item has not been worn or damaged when returned.

-All returns must be received within 7days of delivery.

-Delivery cost of return will be payable by customer

-No returns on sale items

-No complaint will be accepted if the purchased good has been altered by a third party

-We are not responsible for delays/ strikes and other unnatural forces beyond our control
